Register your Licence

When purchasing a licence, you will receive by email an XML file containing all necessary License and Maintenance Plan info's.

1st. Time Registering your copy of DMC : open the application in the register Module and "drop" the received XML file in the target rectangle (top left corner of this screen)

We have implemented the possibility for you to register at the same time your licence and your maintenance plan - this is your time span for free updates.

This means that when you drop this XML file in the application the Maintenance Plan will be automatically registered.

You will see the validity date of this maintenance Plan displayed on screen.

Like this whenever you try doing an Internet Update you will not have anything more to do - the code will be already registered!

1st. Time Registering your copy of DMC under Vista : as you are running this executable in elevated (administrator mode) you will not be able to drag and drop anything in DMC

We have provided in this case a manual registration process : use the Select File button to locate the XML file received by email and DMC will register it for you.

Maintenance Plan expired : you can either purchase a renewal or not - the application will not stop working even if it is expired - only you will no longer be able to update from Internet.

If the activation fails when you open DMC :

You are in Demo mode : At any moment you can request a new activation code from Internet

You are a registered user : Click on the button to receive a new activation code - it will be applied automatically in DMC and you just need to restart the software

Reinstallation of DMC :

You are in Demo mode : At any moment you can request a new activation code from Internet

You are a registered user :

- On a new computer the application will open up in Demo mode : Drop any OLD activation code (XML file) in the appropriate box - you will receive an error message informing you the activation code has expired

This is NORMAL ! BUT your name and serial number will be registered "in" DMC and WITHOUT closing this module use the appropriate button to request a NEW code by clicking on the "Get activation from Web" button.

- On the same computer it will open with your registration info's, click on the "Get activation from Web" button to re-register it.

Those Internet activation codes and XML files are valid 24 hours only for security reasons and you are limited to requesting only 2 activation codes per period of 7 days ....

You can always ask us by email a new activation code also ....
