At any moment when you are in the Column Mappings tab, you can click on the "Save Profile" button and all your work will be saved in a Profile containing ALL the necessary information's as we will see
It will be automatically named as per the names of the Source Table (you can of course modify this later)
IF you already have a Profile on the SAME source and destination tables, then DMC will detect the LAST one (in case several are existing) and offer you to REPLACE it or create a NEW one.
After clicking on this button you will be shown a confirmation message box to inform you of the success saving and of the "name" given.
You of course Edit & Change these Profiles and use them at a later stage to save time.
