DMC Viewer > Mass Update & QBE

Storing a set of Mass Updates Queries or a single QBE :

After all expressions and eventual conditions are defined properly click on this Tab to store them

Start by giving a friendly name to your query set

Only the current table's queries will show here and depending on QBE or Mass Update only the related ones will show

All the names MUST BE UNIQUE

You can come back here at a later stage and if the table opened in DMC Viewer is the CUSTOMER.TPS then this query will be shown here and using the "Load" button will reload it for you for ALL columns as it was saved

Using the "Load" button to retrieve a stored QBE :

Select your query and click on "Load"

You will automatically be taken to the corresponding screen (QBE or Mass Update)

You can simply use the "Apply" button to start the process

Deleting a Query :

You can use the "Delete" button

Closing this screen :

To revert to the previous screen use the "cancel" button (all queries are kept in memory)

Clearing all queries from memory :

Use the "Reset" button
