Port to SQL > Step THREE (Transferring Data)

This is a completely AUTOMATED Process which will allow you to Transfer all your TPS Data to SQL Tables

This is the LAST MAIN Step in the Wizard Task Step 3 (DMC)

DMC created a PROJECT containing all your TPS Table Profiles to Transfer your Data to the corresponding SQL Tables.

(If you had a Table NAME to "link" in the previous Step all has been done for you and the NAME you entered is used here)

Click on "Run Project" to Start this Wizard Last Step

DMC will close down and reopen to run each Profile and Transfer the TPS Data to SQL AUTOMATICALY.

(You can double-click on any GREEN Table line to EDIT it. Do NOT forget to select the PROJECT line before running it!

(if one Table Profile generates any error it will be displayed on screen and the NEXT Table Profile launched - CHECK the error returned to CORRECT your settings or DCT or Data)

TIP : generally the error returned is caused by a UNIQUE KEY in the Table and the DATA in the TPS side NOT being UNIQUE it creates a conflict (that record is discarded and NOT transferred)

At the end of this Task DMC will automatically close and reopen for the last time and allow you to start working in Clarion to build your Application and Dictionary from the DMC generated files.
